We have but 6 types of cheese wedges to offer that were handpicked from the Sylvan Star team, with potential to grow! These assorted styles of gouda are all Naturally Lactose Free and range between 0.60 - 0.70lbs in weight, so be aware there will be some slight variation in sizing.
We are happy to add Old Grizzly 24+ month aged gouda, as well as Medium Cheddar!
A little about Sylvan Star Cheesemakers
We are Sylvan Star Cheese and make cheese near Sylvan Lake. We use fresh, local milk from the farm next door. We have been doing this for over 25 years, but the recipes we use are generations old family recipes. Our Snoek family has been making Gouda cheese for at least six generations near the city of Gouda in Holland.
